They have already requested their first draw. The demo is complete, the wall is done (see scope of work), the railing is complete, some of the interior paint is done and the outside painting is done. He also power washed the siding. He is pending the kitchen, floor, and deck. Will send photos on Friday.

The property rehab progress is moving forward, with the exterior painting now complete. The only key milestone achieved so far is this exterior painting. There have been no issues or delays reported at this time. The next significant action will be to repair the back deck. Budget-wise, everything is on track, and he will send photos with the PML.
